Pat Siegel's Coaching Philosophy
Pat Siegel is an executive coach and business consultant working with a wide variety of organizations for over thirty years. Pat partners with you, following your lead. She helps you gain insights about yourself and your organization, which in turn, can help you work more effectively with greater influence and satisfaction.

Coaching Credentials
Pat has an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her coaching credentials include a Professional Coaching Certificate from iCoach at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, and a Brain Based Coaching Certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute. She also completed the Enneagram in Business Coaching Certificate Program. Pat has a B.S. degree from Cornell University, an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and was a faculty member at the New School for Social Research (New School University).
Pat is experienced in a number of personality and coaching assessments. She is proficient in 360 interviewing techniques and is certified in Hogan Assessments, Hays Social Emotional Competency, MBTI and Firo-B indicators, and Shadow Coaching.
In addition, Pat has been a speaker at national and international conferences and was interviewed on Good Morning America and Midday Live.
